I have a house that we are remodeling that I need the hard flooring installed in. We took up the old hardwood floor and kept it. So want to use as much of the original as we can. Will also need to sand an refinish it all as well. If you have the skills and would like to do the job. Please give me a price per square foot to install, sand and finish the hardwood flooring. You need to have all your own tools, I will provide the hardwood and cleats.
