EmployPro Staffing is currently hiring for Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift. This position is responsible for assembling client products to specifications in a machine paced environment to optimize line time and efficiency. Responsible for demonstrating safe work practices and following all policies and procedures. Assemble client product to specifications $14.00/hr plus OT Monday-Friday 2:50pm-11:00pm/Overtime required Inspect product to meet quality standards. Engage in housekeeping, safety and continuous improvement projects to improve processes and optimize performance. Perform other duties as required. ** Also seeking skilled Compounders in the e mixing and/or blending of unique product/cosmetic formulations in an efficient and effective manner to meet or exceed client specifications. Perform other compounding duties to include assembly of kettles and pre-weigh raw materials for batching. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience. Must be able to speak, read/comprehend, and write in English. Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
