SAN RAFAEL, CA –A major San Rafael freeway offramp will be closed for part of this weekend as Caltrans crews continue an ongoing construction project.
The Highway 101 Northbound Central San Rafael off-ramp will be fully closed from Friday at 9 p.m. to Saturday at 9 a.m. (The off-ramp was originally supposed to be closed from 11 p.m. on Friday to 7 a.m. on Saturday.)
The closure will allow crews to work on the Central San Rafael Harbor Bridge Replacement. The project will cost an estimated $14.7 million, Caltrans said.
Motorists are advised to plan routes accordingly, city officials said.
These proposed schedules are subject to change according to Caltrans.
