Hello, I'm looking for a professional female to share a beautiful townhouse in lovely Bucks County. I live in the world famous luxury townhome community of Heritage Orchard Hill. It's not really world famous, I just thought it sounded funny to say that. The room will be unfurnished. I currently use the room as an office. I'm a software engineer that works from home.The room has its own bathroom (tub/shower combo) and it is very spacious. The townhome is a corner unit with 3 windows and a closet. It's very quiet here, occasional children playing outside.  There's a massive community pool and decent size gym. Their equipment isn't from this century though, but it works. I have Verizon Fios and high speed internet with 1G speeds. We have a walking trail, bike path, horse stables nearby and the world famous Bolton Farms around the corner. Now that place is really world famous. Doylestown is 15 to 20 mins away. I'm okay with a dog, please no barking. I love dogs and have a husky myself that I share custody with, but no cats please. There is a breed restriction here as well. Management will have to approve the dog first. There's also a pretty cool gated dog park here near the clubhouse and there's another one in town that's about 2 miles away. You have access to the kitchen, the powder room, deck, living room and basement if you need. I also have a garage off site at one of their other properties that I use for storage. That garage would be an additional $75 a month as I pay $150 for that.I have a weekly housekeeper who does all the cleaning. If you don't want your room and bathroom cleaned just let me know and I'll tell her.If you're in tech that's a bonus. I get along pretty much with everyone. Just no partying, smokers, vaping, no drugs or friends over that do any of that. I just like peace and quiet as I work 17 hour days. Room should be ready by Sept 1st but could be ready even sooner if you need.All applicants will have to be added to the lease All applicants will have to be approved by management All applicants will have to undergo a credit check by management
