INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN — An Inver Grove Heights man was charged by warrant this week with eight counts of possessing child pornography, The St. Paul Pioneer Press reported.
Dropbox, a file hosting service, reported multiple sexual images and videos from 31-year-old Michael Corbin Skogen's computer and phone to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 2019, the publication reported.
April 2020, police searched Skogen's home and said that he told them that he had been downloading child pornography for two years, according to the report. Police were able to identify eight victims from the file's on Skogen's phone and computer, the report said.
A warrant has been issued for Skogen's arrest, the publication reported.
