One Main Management is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Work independently and as a team. Perform routine preventive maintenance Rotating once a month weekly on call schedule Computer skills required to learn property management software. ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented HVAC certification preferred, but not required Full-Time benefits include health/dental/vision and life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k company match and more!
