Our rescue farm in North Branch takes in last minute saves from the kill pen. We find them loving permanent homes. Most of the time, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the horses sent to auction other than their owner gave up on them. We currently have this beautiful guy available. He is about 18 years old, about 14 hands, very sweet. He follows you around the pasture everywhere. He loves attention. We don't know what he used to do in his prior life, but he didn't seem to know what to do when someone sat on his back. He doesn't mind people on his back, but he just didn't know what to do. Perhaps he was a petting zoo horse or a pony ride horse where he would just follow other horses in a circle all day long. Not really the best life. If you're looking for a sweet horse to work with or a sweet horse as a pasture pet for the grandkids, this is your guy The adoption fee is $400.
