Special Dog Needs Loving Home ASAP

We adopted this little lady 2 weeks ago from the SF Humane Society and think she is wonderful, however she comes with some special challenges that are beyond what we can help with. Apparently she was a stray, has already been rehomed once, and has some previous trauma. She is very shy, easily scared, suspicious, and barks frequently (sometimes for a long while). She is definitely a dog that needs to be outdoors, lots of exercise, and be allowed to be herself while learning to trust people again. She is about 2 years old and has shown no signs of being aggressive. But she does need space, time, love, and patience. Please help her if you can?
