MJ Works LLC is looking for seasoned vendors with adequate property preservation experience all over Georgia. We are looking for Vendors to complete the following services: • Landscaping (Grass cuts/lawn care/trimming etc.) • Recurring sales clean/Janitorial/maid service • Winterization • Securing • Trash out/Debris Removal • Repair/Rehab work • Roof replacement/repair/tarp • Demolition of Structures • Lockout We do not require any specialty license (i.e. Home Improvement, Roofing, Electric, Plumbing etc.) for the contractors but having one would be an added advantage. Interested vendors must have the following to start working with us: • A valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number • Certificate of Insurance (General Liability, E&O) up to $1 million Dollars Experience with Property Preservation Wizard(PPW) is a must.
