Yohn Property Management is seeking a full time maintenance technician. Ideal candidate is a flexible, team player who is good with time management. Primary Duties Include: Apartment Turnovers - Painting, drywall repairs, and cleaning Assisting with Work Orders - basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical knowledge a plus. Company phone and vehicle provided. Must have a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation to work, be comfortable working on a ladder and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
