Overall this is a significant amount of work I need completed: Drywall on a ceiling - most important Painting Pressure washing Assembly of a small grill, shelving, and some yard items Troubleshooting some electrical outlets I have a detailed spreadsheet of everything to be done with time estimates and a maximum amount i'm willing to pay. I am only interested in doing fixed cost work and not by the hour as i've ran into problems with hourly work. Payment will be given once the tasks are completed daily and only for completed tasks Given you will be working inside my house in some cases you are expected to wear a mask and also provide me with a government issued photo ID so I can validate your identity in case issues occur. You will be expected to have your own tools although I have the basics You will need to have your own transportation and truck most likely Don't bother contacting me with your "bonded, licensed and insured" overpriced services.
