Hi there! If you are interested in working as a 1099 Contractor for Wild Health as we operate throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, please fill out this Google form. This application is specifically for a position conducting nasal swab testing for Covid-19 at designated testing locations throughout Kentucky. You will be responsible for the careful collection, handling, and storage of samples until they are transported for processing. Individuals with experience in a medical field will be prioritized, but anyone interested is encouraged to apply. Applicants must be willing to wear a mask, willing to be vaccinated prior to working any shifts, and comfortable working closely with the general public. Wild Health is especially looking for individuals with wide availability. Workers will need to be available for 6 hour increments and a minimum of 12 hours a week. Hourly wages range from $17.50/hr - $20/hr.
