We are a property management company looking for a maintenance worker who will handle general apartment maintenance request. The maintenance worker is responsible for routine maintenance and fix emergency problems: • Plumbing: repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, etc. • Basic electrical: Troubleshoot and repair, replace or install circuits, switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, etc. • Basic framing, cabinetry, general maintenance, painting, etc Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Must have reliable transportation preferably pick-up truck or van and clean driving record. This job requires travelling to various job sites. Most of the buildings are located in West LA area. Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable Transportation Atleast 5 years apartment maintenance experience Able to lift 65 lbs /push 100+ pounds Organized and able to adhere to a schedule Self-motivated and have the ability to work as a team Job Type: Full-time
