Need help with some kitchen trash bags and collapsed cardboard boxes

I am extremely busy with an injured leg. I have about 4 medium trash bags of kitchen/household trash (mostly food packaging, nothing too gross) and probably 15 collapsed larger cardboard boxes (moving stuff that we broke down). Junk haulers won't help since it's not a TON of stuff, and they also do not take trash out. Could be ongoing once a week. Pay is $40/and you don't have to come inside, I can put them outside my door. I live in an upstairs apartment with the stairs and door in full public view. Giving up on regular services like Handy and Task Rabbit because folks cancel if there aren't 2 hours worth of cleaning.
