Rehoming my dog

Hi everyone, I am looking to rehome my beloved dog. Charlie is about 9 years old, he is a Pomeranian/Chow Chow mix. I adopted him from a shelter a little over 5 years ago. He is about 18 pounds and very healthy. Recently had blood work & urine checked and everything was normal. He is up to date with his vaccines. I get him groomed every 4 weeks. He is such a great dog and full of energy. When I adopted him I was living in a house with a yard and I recently moved into an apartment. The move has been very difficult for Charlie and I want to give him a better life. I am looking to rehome Charlie into a loving family, preferably someone with a house or access to a yard.
