We are saddened to say that we have to rehome our sweet pit-bull. We recently bought a new house and only after moving in and starting to build our dog kennels did the HOA inform us that because we are one of 4 home that will eventually back up to a planned public pond and fishing spot we can not have any sort of dog kennels at all and only a 3.5 foot fence. We have been back and forth with them and even thought about just selling but none of the options are workable and the HOA won’t budge.
