Well established property management company is looking for an experienced person for HVAC & Plumber position to maintain several properties around Worcester Country area and work exclusively for Northeast Properties. The person will be in charge of their own projects, set up his/her own shop and will be provided with vehicle and tools. Requirements: - HVAC certified - Experience with heating and cooling systems - Experience with domestic hot and cold water loops - Experience with heat pumps - Experience with split systems - Driver's License Job Type: Full-time Pay based on experience Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
