About Level Fulfillment:
Level Fulfillment is an essential 3PL to many customers and is continuously growing! We pick, pack and ship various products in the ever-expanding wellness space. Our business has grown so much in the past year, that we are moving into a newly built warehouse space in Sturbridge. In this fast-paced warehouse setting, we are looking for independent, positive attitudes, and hard-working warehouse employees, both part and full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick & Pack orders, including organizing each order in advance of delivery
- Lift, lower, and slide packages up to 40 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. on an infrequent basis
- Can comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
- Able to calculate basic math
- Able to operate minimal computer systems after provided orientation and training
- Independently able to stay busy and can perform physical activity for their full shift
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Able to understand and follow directions of warehouse manager
- Can work well both independently and in a team atmosphere
- Able to stay organized and problem solve both independently and in team setting
- Ability to lift to 60 lbs. with assistance
- Flexible schedule, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Transportation is required to and from work and will not be provided
