Description

This position is directly responsible for all incoming material inspections, cleaning/sorting, managing the stockpiling of material, equipment maintenance, and maintaining the overall site. Operations Responsibilities: • Work directly for Operations Manager for Northern California. • Oversee daily site operations, primarily the inspection, receiving, and stockpiling of incoming materials. • Strictly inspect incoming loads for hazardous and non-shingle debris materials. • Reject loads containing hazardous materials or more than 10% non-shingle debris. • Accurately document each incoming shingle load, including the volume of material received. • Clean any non-shingle debris from individual loads and the main stockpile. • Deposit waste debris in appropriate receptacle (waste, metal, wood). • Using wheel loader, safely break-up and stockpile non-processed shingles, stopping to clean as any non-shingle debris is revealed. • Load trucks with finished product. • Safely operate equipment and enforce safety procedures for all on site. • Audit and maintain all company equipment. • Maintain strict verifiable adherence to the standard operating procedures. • Work with quality control personnel in scheduling materials testing and maintaining product specifications before, during, and after production.
