Our skilled and caring medical staff responds to the physical, social and emotional needs of each resident. Currently, we’re experiencing some exciting changes, including expanding our services and developing new programs. We are currently seeking part time and full time LPNs & CNAs to join our dynamic team at A. Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility in Uniondale, NY. Current LPNs & CNAs license certification required. Minimum one year of experience preferred. Join us!
