Experienced CHIMNEY MANAGER needed CSIA or NFI certified or minimum 5 years experience. About us: We are busy A+ rated chimney company in business for 15 years. All of our work is on Long Island(Nassau,Suffolk), in NYC(Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx) and Westchester. No out of state work. We do everything from chimney sweeping and inspections to new installations of chimneys, fireplaces, and hearth appliances, as well as masonry repair and restoration. We provide the vehicle and all tools needed to do the job. We will invest in you and pay for additional training/certifications. We have five star ratings throughout Google, Angie's List, Yelp and Home Advisor. We respect our employees and our customers, and take pride in our work. About you: We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, career minded Chimney Manager who is capable of inspecting and sweeping chimneys, determining areas in need of repair and reporting findings to the customer in a clear and concise manner. You should be capable of basic common repairs. You will have the assistance of one or two laborers, however, our whole crew will assist on jobs that require more manpower. You should be familiar with NFPA 211 or International Residential Code. Must be friendly and customer service oriented. Must be very dependable, driven, customer service oriented, drug free and available Monday through Saturday. Clean/Valid driver's license required.
