Experienced Mason Manager needed Minimum 5 years experience. About us: We are busy A+ rated Masonry Company in business for 15 years. We specialize in paver installation, asphalt and concrete flatwork, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, building with block/brick and much more. All of our work is on Long Island(Nassau,Western Suffolk), in NYC(Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx) and Westchester. No out of state work. About you: We are looking for an experienced, dependable, hardworking, career minded Masonry Manager who is capable of running a masonry team. Must be a friendly, customer service oriented team player. Must be very dependable, driven, drug free and available Monday through Saturday. Clean/Valid driver's license required. Duties Description: Efficiently Lead a team from start to completion of job Perform routine masonry and repairs including finish work including mixing concrete; Lay building materials such as stone, brick, concrete, cinder blocks and the like to construct of repair walls, partitions, utility holes, firebrick linings in furnaces and chimneys; Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls and sidewalks to specified texture; Erection of scaffolding if needed. May draw rough sketches or prepare plans to accomplish work projects as required; lay out tasks for subordinate staff and perform necessary trades tasks as required Give verbal instruction and/or demonstrate proper masonry techniques and use of tools and equipment to subordinate staff May be required to load and unload materials, tools and equipment of varying weights and sizes as needed in the performance of duties assigned.

 add, subtract, multiply and divide
 read and understand written and/or verbal instructions
 lift, carry and move equipment and/or materials of different weights and sizes
 operate and use small hand and power tools
