Rehoming young yellow lab

Heartbreaking so, I have to rehome my 3 year old yellow lab named banana. She is a sweet girl however I’m 20 and live in an apartment setting with roommates and with the apartment she doesn’t get the space she truly needs. I only request you have a backyard or some way for her to get the needed exercise her breed needs. She is a sweetheart who gets along with all other animals and has been good with kids. I am requesting a reasonable rehoming fee for the amount of money invested in her. She will come with a leash, collar, food, and some other toys and etc.
