Orphaned baby kitten needs home ASAP

I found a 1 to 3 week old orphaned kitten. I believe the mother was hit by car. The kitten needs to bottle feed every couple of hours. I was hoping someone with experience caring for baby kittens or someone with a queen that is nursing that might foster can give him home and care he desperately needs. We can not give him the round clock care that is needed for him to survive. Please text . I have formula, bottles and carrier for kitten
