Are you looking for on call or part time work? We are growing and need people!! I am the owner of a janitorial commercial cleaning business. I am currently looking for people who like to clean, have a good eye for detail, consistent and flexible to assist in helping me grow my business. This position to start will be temp/on call. There is opportunity to grow to part time, even full time as the business grows. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Most accounts are cleaned in the evening starting after 6 pm. At times we may get an account that is cleaned during the day. Pay is determined by the type of accounts being cleaned and paid monthly. Average starting is $14/hr and increases after trial period.
