Homeowner looking for help with home projects in caring for historic property from general repairs, painting, new projects, etc. Must have a background in carpentry but this is a multi-faceted job that would be perfect for a retired or semi-retired person with the ability to do many different jobs and that wants to keep an income but not HAVE TO go to work every day. Very flexible hours that can be when you want to work and as much or as little that you want to work. The work can last as long as you want to be here as I have many projects that I want to do but don't have the time to get to them. Pay will be based on skill level. This is a great place to "hang your hat" and work for someone that appreciates a good craftsman and knows how to show that appreciation by understanding your time and the importance of your personal time.
