A privately owned ecommerce company based in south Overland Park is seeking an enthusiastic, trustworthy and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This part-time position is primarily responsible for order production from start to finish, with some possible shipping and administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and sharp attention to detail to this vital operational role. Previous embroidery or engraving experience is desirable, although appropriate training will be provided. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Operating embroidery and engraving machines to produce a high volume of customer orders - Ensuring that each order is produced with the highest level of quality and accuracy - Assist with packing and labeling completed orders - Follow established procedures and trouble-shoot on the fly - Effectively communicate and work well with others - Assist with re-stocking inventory area and other special projects as needed SKILLS REQUIRED - Excellent organizational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask in a quick-paced, yet fun and casual environment - Sharp attention to detail to ensure order quality and accuracy - Positive attitude and excellent work ethic - Pride in the work created to help ensure the best customer experience - High school graduate at minimum EXPERIENCE - Previous embroidery or engraving experience is desirable, although appropriate on-site training will be provided Please reply to this listing with your resume and qualifications.
