We’re a growing family with a large home with dogs and cats that we need someone to keep organized and clean, to start immediately. We’re looking for an organized self-starter who can build a routine to keep things balanced in the house, someone who communicates well and gets to work! Must like cats and dogs also. We’re easygoing people and take care of our own. ***MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19*** - we will be doing a background check too. Hours 8am to 5pm Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9am to 5pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Expectations * Laundry daily, with a minimum of twice a week, with expected upkeep. All male jeans are to be washed and hung up. * This also includes hanging up new clothing that has just arrived. * Setting up appointments. * Shopping services, such as picking up groceries. * Refilling soda machine * Package boxing and shipment, including returning packages to online retailers. * Pet sitting, both when client is away and when client is present – including refilling water dishes and food and taking them to vet appointments. * Assisting deep cleaners on Wednesday with where things go and how things are organized. * Food pickup and delivery. * Shopping with provided funds or credit card. * Daily Surface cleaning, defined as a surface cleaning of all rooms dictated on the particular day, picking up of trash, and reorganization of the downstairs rooms of the house. This also includes daily running of the dishwasher. * Daily reloading of sodas and drinks to provided fridges and soda machine. * Breaking down of and disposal of recyclables. * Bagging and replacing of bags of trash. * Taking trash out and putting trash bins outside on Fridays. * Checking for and bringing in mail from both the upstairs and downstairs boxes. * Attending appointments at house with other contractors if client is away. * Unpacking suitcases after travel. * Organizing closets in the house, supplies, crafts, and other objects. This specifically will require you to work with homeowner to understand the exact placement of things and the regular organization of them into the right places. * Driving Services as agreed with reasonable notice.
