Metes & Bounds Management Company is looking for two part time Caretakers for Diamond Lake Properties. Duties include but not limited too.... -Cleaning common areas of the building -Keep grounds around building free of trash and debris -Weeding and snow removal -Turnover cleaning of vacant apartments Looking for dependable, self starters who can work independently and follow directions. 25 hours per week with possibility of more hours or going full time eventually.
