Drummer trying to get back into it

Hello, name's Blaine. I started playing drums about 8 years ago and have been playing on and off since then do to lack of play space and life circumstances. I am looking for a practice space and one or more people to jam with. I would not like to truck my gear back and forth every weekend so I would need to keep the drums at your place. I won't be down for any sketchy places that I think my drums might be stolen from. While I appreciate most forms of music I'd prefer to avoid any music that is mind crushingly boring. My background is in progressive rock/metal, with some dabbling in jazz and electronic music. Let me know if you would like to meet up and get to know each other. If I feel comfortable with you I'll check out your place and we can go from there. I am also down for teaching basic drumming and music theory if anyone would like some help getting started on drums. Price would depend on what is needed (do you have your own set and what time would you need).
