Packing Operator on Bottle Line

Employers Overload is hiring Packaging Operators for the Day and Mid shifts at a local kombucha tea company. Packaging Operators will work as a team to operate the bottling line. Available schedules: Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm Mid Shift: Monday - Thursday 10am - 8pm Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour + shift differential Job Responsibilities: -Load empty bottles onto bottling line safely -Move pallets from one place to another safely -Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks -Operate various pieces of equipment on the bottling line -Quality Control - checking for accuracy of bottled dates, expiration dates, lot numbers, labels, etc. -Change bottle labels -Lifting heavy boxes of labels and bottle caps -Assisting team with routine cleaning, organizing, sanitization, and other duties as required Job Requirements: -Previous packaging or production experience (bottling line experience a plus) -Previous forklift or electric pallet jack experience a plus -Attention to detail -Able to multitask -Able to lift 50lbs and able to stand for extended periods of time -Steel toe shoes/boots required -Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English -Reliable transportation (not bus accessible) -Pre-employment screening required If you are interested please apply today or give us a call in one of our offices!
