Essential Job Functions: • Perform service/warranty repairs, adjustments, touch up or replacements as needed to satisfy customer requirements. *Ability to communicate clearly and regularly about issues, ideas and concerns in a timely manner* *Can use a variety of power tools and read a tape measure* *Be able to read and understand shop drawings and house plans* *Complete all requirement paperwork and documentation in a timely manner* *Leave the job site/work area clean* *Must be able to withstand the pressures of job boss’s from other trades* *This is a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to varying circumstances* *Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and be comfortable on ladder* Must be: *Willing to put in the work (could be some long days)* *Professional/respectful attitude *Willing to learn, grown and be dependable team member* *Punctual* *Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an insurable driving record* We offer an introductory bonus!* We offer a referral bonus!** Schedule is Monday – Friday 6 am – 4:30 (some late nights) Overtime is mandatory.
