Part time permanent work. We are looking for an experienced office building maintenance person for a building on James Street in the City of Syracuse. Work 2 to 3 days per week performing various maintenance work including: cleaning, painting, replacing ceiling tiles, carpet and vinyl flooring, sheet rock repairs, and minor electrical and plumbing work.
