General Information: • Position is full time with overtime. • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background screening. • This construction position requires you to do whatever is asked of you. • Hourly Pay Rate is based on experience and skill set. • The right person who works hard and proves themself will move up (this job is your foot in the door with a prestigious DFW general contractor). Sample of Job Duties You Will Perform: • Cleaning the superintendent trailer • Keeping the construction site clean & safe on a daily basis • Landscaping – edge, trim, cut grass, etc. • Basic Carpentry like building hand rails • Operate tractor, sweeper, forklift (will be trained if necessary) • Perform any and all miscellaneous tasks Required Expectations & Experience • Must be willing to do whatever is asked of you to do with a smile on your face. • Must possess “yes sir / no sir” attitude. • Must have basic to intermediate carpentry skills • Possess 6+ months construction experience • Basic to intermediate skills in plumbing, electrical, flooring, dry wall, painting, etc is a plus • Must be willing to clean the job site on a daily basis • Must be willing to do all types of landscaping work • Must be willing to routinely clean the superintendent trailer • Machinery experience like a tractor, sweeper, and forklift is a plus • This is not a day labor job. Looking for someone who is dependable; someone who shows up everyday on time and doesn’t need to be micro-managed. • Zero tolerance for laziness, tardiness, and missing work.
