************** $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS + 50% HOUSING DISCOUNT ************** The Arts at Park Place has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician!!! Responsibilities: • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: • HVAC/EPA certification • Be able to perform on-call duties • Prior industry/relevant experience Incentives: • $20/hr • Great benefits • $1500 sign-on bonus ($750 upfront and $750 after 90 days) • 50% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holiday’s • Paid parental leave Experienced techs may submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our careers page at for immediate consideration. *******************************************************************************
