Legacy Premier Properties is looking for a PART TIME maintenance person to oversee various projects on 16+ rental properties. Our office is located in Frisco, TX. However, our properties are in Aubrey, Celina, Anna, Forney, Wylie & Dallas. We are looking for someone to regularly inspect our homes (sprinklers, install ceiling fans, paint touch ups, replace missing/damaged items, etc) and make minor repairs. Additionally, this person would maintain the lawn & landscape on vacant homes until they are leased. REQUIRED: -Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. -Must have your own tools, ladder, etc. -Must have clean background check -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English) -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 25-30 hours a week $20/hour
