I have a 10 year old female and a 8 year old male that have lived together for years. They are friendly with each other and share food and shade without fighting. They are very tame and walk right up to you. The female lays 20-30 eggs, a couple times a year. I seem to always have eggs in the incubator with them. They roam and eat organic grass, weeds, collard greens, kale, cat grass, alfalfa hay. No lettuce or fruits!! Please have a shady backyard or side-yard for them. If they don’t have shade, they will dig a hole and make shade. I would like if they went together but I understand reptiles are not monogamists and won’t care if they are alone or with someone else. $700 for the female $500 for the male Or $1,000 together!
