Adorable Teddy Bear pup rehoming fee

Rehoming 4 month old Teddy Bear puppy. I bought this puppy for my mom but she can't handle the responsibility. I can't have dogs where I live or I would keep her. I purchased her from a pet shop. I have all of her paperwork. She is microchipped. Her name is Luna and she has all of her immunizations. I had posted before but full disclosure Luna had parasites and I would never give anyone a sick dog. Luna was treated and is fully recovered and healthy. Luna is wee wee pad trained. There is a rehoming fee of $2,000 neg. that is what I paid for her but I have spent so much more. Luna will come with her crate(she is wonderfully crate trained) she has a playpen as well, this is where we place her wee wee pad. I am planning on getting her groomed for the first time.
