My neighbor lost her dog on Oak Park Dr. in the neighborhood directly behind Oak Park Elementary and Oak Park (the park). She is a small mixed-breed (I believe Chihuahua and Dachshund) black dog about the size of a Dachshund. She has a purple collar around her neck with a silver tag that has her name. She responds to her name "Shiba". Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of her.
