I have a small tile job at my house. The picture shows the area that needs the tile. This is a piece of furniture on top of this that I can move prior to you getting here. I have several pieces of tile and the original grout. The area measures The area that needs tile measures 21inches by 39 ½ inches. I also need baseboard installed but I will paint. The base board is pictured here. There are three areas that need the base board. They measure at 2 sections of 21 inches and one section of 39 ½ inches. I will need you to get the matching base board. The base board is 5 inches. I will ask that you wear a mask as my elderly mother lives here and she is not well and we cannot chance her catching anything. The pay is $200 and I will reimburse for the cost of the baseboard with your receipt.
