Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in residential remodeling or residential property maintenance. They need to have basic knowledge of the following areas: painting, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing, tiling, installing windows, framing. Main scope of work will include finishing projects that are remaining after house remodels. This position offers competitive wages and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K, and paid time off. A vehicle and gas to drive to job sites is also provided. Hours are 8:30-5pm.
