Urgent rehome for elder cat

Orange bobtail cat. Spent the first 4 years of life as a ferrel cat. Was adopted in 2009. We are moving and not able to bring her to the location we are landing. She is a loner cat and would not mix well with others. She keeps to herself unless she wants somthing. please help if possible.
