Need fuel line replaced and electrical system checked

I had a cooling fan hooked to a toggle switch and the fan motor locked up. the wire burnt through the main PLASTIC fuel line. That's right PLASTIC. I need it replaced. The car will crank fine but will not start. I think the wire may have burnt a wire or something under the dash. I have no way to get to the parts store, so you would need to take me to the parts store for whatever we need. Please only qualified mechanics apply.
