Looking for a full time permanent handyman

We are looking for a full-time permanent handyman who can handle multiple small assignments in a day. We work in the Dallas Fort Worth area but locations vary daily. You must have a smart phone and be able to work applications on your phone to document and get the information for each job. We have a legitimate office that we work out of, however we use apps for our technicians to get the information. You will not be going to,the office on a daily basis. You must have a truck also and have all basic power tools and handtools needed to perform the work. You must have a neat appearance and smoking is not permitted in any of the properties that you go to. We are a make ready company that also services tenant occupied properties and this position would be working in the tenant occupied properties. You must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. If you respond to this ad be ready to work, since we have an immediate opening. You will have your work schedule the day before and you will be dispatched from home to go to the jobs. You are paid for time to drive between jobs, but not time to get to the first job or your drive home. As with any job you need to be able to get to work and get home on your own. We are not looking for anybody who has a lot of baggage or has a lot of drama in their lives. We are looking for people who show up to work on time and can complete a job correctly and in a timely manner. We offer competitive rates of pay, off a car allowance for the use of the vehicle and gas reimbursment. You will be starting at approximately $23 to 25 per hour depending on your skill set. We offer bonuses at the end of the month based on how things went. So if you do good, you can make more money. We are looking for somebody who has a minimum of five years all-around handyman experience. We need someone who knows how to do tape, bed and texture and also how to match texture. You should be able to do basic plumbing and basic electrical. You need to know how to replace a water heater, the toilet, and do basic tile work.  In a nut shell, you need to know how to fix things and how to figure things out.
