Hi! I have some baby bristlenose plecos bred by a female albino Bristlenose and a male standard Bristlenose. They're only a few weeks old, about 1 cm long. I have a few albino. I'm only keeping a couple so I'm making this post now. Expert level fish keepers may take now. I will warn, baby plecos are sensitive so your water conditions need to be very good and very warm or they may not survive. If you are interested in one when they get a bit bigger, feel free to text me and I will let you know when they are over an inch. I do not plan to grow these out very long as we plan to move soon. They may also be too small for an HOB filter... I run strictly air powered sponge filters. My ph is about 6.5-6.8, my water hardness is about 250 ppm. My nitrates are also very low, never reaching more than 10ppm. They are in a planted tank they gets fertilized. They are use to driftwood, healthy maintained algae, and pelleted foods that stick to the filter or the driftwood. I'm asking $10 each. My bristlenose plecos are smaller than most, maxing out at about 4.5 inches. (Normally they're about 7 inches) The breeding pair is about 2 years old and weren't placed together until recently, and viola we have a beautiful healthy batch. Text .
