We are a loving family of 5. We currently have three daughter's ages 6, 4 and 2. Our 6 year old attends 1st grade and our 4 and 2 year old attend Pre-School three days a week on MWF until 3:30 pm. This person does not have to speak fluent English. Spanish speaking or another language is OK. We don't mind children learning a new language. They just have to be able to speak enough English to get by in some communication with the parents. This person must have a valid driver's license to help pick up the kids from school only 1 to 2 times a week. Parents will primarily do the driving. We are looking for someone to work full time 32 hours a week. This person must be flexible to work more hours if need be. Start time will be 7:10 am each morning to help get the girls ready for the day. Hours are from 7:10 am to 12:10 pm on Monday, 7:10 am to 4 pm on Tuesday, we need some flexibility on Wednesday's but this person will work 5 hours this day, 7:10 am to 4 pm on Thursday and 7:10 am to 12:10 pm on Friday's. This will be a set schedule for the most part but flexibility is needed from time to time. If one of the kids are sick and cannot go to school we would need this person to work more hours on these days. Duties with the 4 and 2 year old on Tuesday's and Thursday's would be playing with them, teaching them new things, painting, coloring, going on walks, park play, preparing healthy meals and bathing. Duties with the household include light housekeeping: Families laundry, keeping general areas tidy including children's / parent's rooms and bathrooms, dishes, organization. Packing kids lunches and helping to cook for the family on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's when the kids are in school. Mother is now starting to work again with kids attending some school. She will work from home or be out in an office from time to time. She is in and out of the house daily based on errands as well. Father works long hours during the week and sometimes on the weekends as well. We are looking for someone stay with us long term for the next few years so only serious candidates only apply.
