We are looking to train someone who has some basic painting skills. NO, we are not looking for anyone with over 5 years of experience. But we are interested in finding someone who has been working as a prep or has been with a company for a year or two. If you are tired of working for an unprofessional or disorganized company, you will like working with us. We take the business side of painting very seriously. This is a FULL-time employee position. No under the table or W2 craziness. We just really want great attitudes and people that want to make good money. Stick with me, I'll get back to the signing bonus in a minute. You may be the painter/apprentice we are looking for to join our team! We are looking for decent human beings who want make a positive difference by providing a high quality painted property to customer satisfaction that improves their quality of life and inspire them to refer us to others. We are Mt. Hood Pro Painting LLC, an expanding, locally owned residential painting company that is looking to add painters to our team. We paint primarily residential exterior and interiors, work M-F within the hours of 7 to 5. So, NO evening work and NO weekend work as a general rule. But if you want to make more and work more, we can make that happen as well. We provide all tools and training. Must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work, and have a clean license. We have a full training plan, a compensation plan that rewards hard and smart work, and a relaxed work environment. NO MICRO-MANAGING!!! We have small teams. Top performers make TOP PAY!
