Job Title: Finish Carpenter Pay Scale: $20-$35.00+ / Hour D.O.E. The role of our Finish Carpenter/ Installer is to work under the supervision our Lead Foreman and alongside other installers to produce high quality finishes for our diverse client base. There is room for advancement for the qualified applicant. You will be required to use a range of equipment, skills and materials to construct a variety of large and small scale items to the highest standards of finishing. Knowledge of door installation, casings and trims, crown moulding and current materials and styles is required. Installing cabinetry and fine woodworking knowledge is required. We are looking for motivated and conscientious individuals who have a passion for cabinetry and woodworking.The ideal candidates should have great technical skills who can hit the ground running alongside a great team; working on fun projects. Responsibilities:  Lift 50-75 lbs. consistently  Proficient with trade tools [included, but not limited to: Miter Saw, Table Saws, hand tools,chisels, nail guns,impact drivers, etc.]  Perform work in a timely but durable manner which maintains and develops HHC’s high reputation.  Handle materials and tools safely, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines  Determine and implement best practices to achieve high quality finishes in a timely manner  Measure, cut, level, and install door jambs, window jamb and casings, crown mouldings, door locks, etc.  Implement safety and health regulations during work operations to ensure environmentally friendly and safe structure  To undertake duties which are consistent with the function of the job, including but not limited to cabinetry installations, material takeoffs, ceiling detail installations, staircase installations, wainscoting, Archways, layered croen moulding buildups, etc. Requirements:  Must have reliable transportation  Must have valid Divers License and be insurable to drive company vehichles  Ability to work kneeling, carrying heavy objects, and working overhead for extended periods  Good problem solving skills  Advanced mathematical skills ** Must have own basic hand tools and power tools- larger tools can be provided** *This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed.
