Starting a 60s-style rock band

I'm a 33 year-old lead/rhythm guitar player/singer-songwriter who's relatively new to town and interested in forming a rock/jam band for fun and local gigs at bars/restaurants, etc. Ideally, the band would be composed of very talented individual players with a strong background in improv, harmony singing, and jamming. I'm a huge fan of jazz/classical, in addition to the classic sounds of the 60s, so it would be great to find like-minded individuals. Here's a list of what I listened to on Spotify today: Scarlet Begonias/Bertha -- Grateful Dead, live 1977 Tell her no -- The Zombies Don't you care -- The Buckinghams Cherry, Cherry -- Neil Diamond Crystal Blue Persuasion -- Tommy James & The Shondells Baby don't go - Sonny and Cher The way you look tonight -- Frank Sinatra Sunny Side of the street -- Louis Armstrong This is by no means an exhaustive list -- I'm also into old school country/bluegrass, romantic symphonies, etc. As evidenced by the first song, I'm a huge Grateful Dead fan and love lots of their songs and live jams. I'd love to be able to find some guys/gals who are proficient enough to really do stuff like that. Lastly, I have a small catalogue of decent original songs to add into the mix and I'd definitely be happy to work on songs with anyone in the band. Luckily, I have lots of friends and connections in the restaurant industry, so I'd be able to be the point man for setting up gigs for us. Happy to field any questions about this.
