ready for that clog left by someone that only cares about releasing there back up to be properly snaked so that you can be relieved from a back up that would cause u much stress. and if needed a routinely scheduled check-up can be done. this plumbers been plumbing for 20 years and started when he was 15. not bad for a 6’0” plumber not afraid to crawl under a ladys house and punch that clog right out. hopefully thw house is at the most 45 years since it was built. right arohnd the 25-35 is the best.
